STRESS CAN BE YOUR FRIEND

I have always believed that there was some good in stress. Yeah right? Tell yourself that when your heart is pounding a mile a minute and you are literally dying inside especially when you have to cover it up. Thinking about that goodhormone Oxytocin being released and that stress is your heart's way of wanting to reach out will help. Take a listen. My heart goes out to all of you in whatever it is you are bearing. We are here to elevate each other and support each other. Acupuncture actually releases this good hormone and many other endorphins and neurotransmitters. As well as hugs and a listening nonjudgemental ear.
